On-Demand Essential program credit hours that exceed 6.0 hours ie: 6.5 MCLE, including 1.0 LEPR credit hours means you will only be able to claim 6.0 MCLE, including 1.0 LEPR credit. The remaining .5 hours cannot be 'banked' over to the following compliance period as per South Carolina Commission on CLE & Specilization rules and regulations.
