I will mention custody resources, share forms and checklists and give real life examples of things that can happen during a custody case.
 
If you practice family law, you most likely know that custody cases can be the most time consuming and expensive type of Family Court case.  
 
But not every attorney should take a custody case and not every parent should litigate the issue of custody. Yes, that's right - I don't advocate taking every case that walks in the door and I don't encourage every client to fight for custody.
 
This seminar will focus on the different aspects of a custody case from the perspective of determining if you are the right attorney to litigate a custody case for the client and if the client is the type of client that should litigate a custody case.
 
Then - once you determine that you are ready to take a custody case and you have a committed client with a legitimate custody dispute - this seminar will provide some tips to use during the process, from interviewing your client, to preparing for trial.
