The Eight Types of Clients and How to Survive Seven of Them

This seminar is a humorous look at the best and often worst thing about the practice of law; the clients. After years of listening to bad lawyer jokes from friends, acquaintances, and strangers, join me in an examination of the various types of clients, their habits, and the problems they present. While we all know that each of our clients is an individual (just like everybody else), it can be helpful to examine recognizable types, with an eye towards predicting futrue behavior, and with twin goals of avoiding ethical problems and increasing client satisfaction.
