Webcast: In the Best Interest of the Child 2015 Guardian Ad Litem Training and Update CLE
The SC Bar CLE Division is pleased to present our annual Guardian ad Litem training and update. Course Planner Jenny R. Stevens has recruited an experienced faculty and designed a powerful program. Building on last year’s program which offered the attendee a basic overview of a private custody case from start to finish, this year’s program will offer more in-depth training in areas such as how substance abuse by the parties affects custody and how to properly work with a forensic psychology expert to better advocate for the child’s best interests. Other topics include the how the new Marriage Equality cases will affect custody and visitation and information on the latest technology and educational resources for custody cases.
