The SC Bar CLE Division is pleased to present the 2014 South Carolina Family Court Bench Bar Seminar. Judge Anne Jones has put together an exciting faculty to include members of the SC Family Court Judiciary and Bar and North Carolina attorney Mark Sullivan, a national authority on military divorce issues. This year’s program will include information for Family Court practitioners of all practice levels from Immigration issues, forensic evidence, misconceptions about amending birth certificates to changing names in Family Court. In addition, hear an important discussion on professionalism issues in Family Court which also qualifies for ethics credit.
